Terms of use

What this site is

Naples Crane Rental Quotes is an information website about crane rental. It passes quote requests to independent crane operators. We are not a crane company, contractor or employer of operators, and we do not perform, supervise or guarantee any work.

Your agreement is with the operator

Any price, schedule, contract, payment, insurance claim or warranty is between you and the operator you choose. Check their license and insurance and get the terms in writing before work starts.

Prices and information

Price ranges on this site come from published third-party sources and are linked where they appear. They are general information, not quotes or offers. Safety and permit notes are general and are not legal or engineering advice. The operator and your local permit office have the final word for your job.

Using the form

Send only accurate information about a real job. Do not use the form for spam, sales pitches or anything unlawful. We may decline to pass on any request.

Limits

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or from work done by an operator. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
